Adjustability.
No more wasted time, tying and untying knots and cutting rope. A split-second pull in either direction gets you the perfect length, maximising the time you spend working out. Simply pull the lanyard to shorten, or pull the rope to lengthen it. This is all achieved in a split-second!
Resistance. Tec-Rope just gets better, as an added bonus the configuration of the rope means its great for light resistance training. Simply extend the rope to maximum length, grasp the handles and you're on your way to a stronger upper body too through curls, reverse curls, side raises, front raises, and tricep extensions. As you progress, simply shorten the rope for increased resistance.

We also have Tec-Rope Scuffs available which are a skipping rope protector. They are designed to stop your rope from wearing out when used on abrasive surfaces such as concrete, bitumen or gravel. Simply wind on to your rope (its really that easy), and then to remove if required, simply wind it off.
